Compensation: $197 per hourly

• Schedule:Work Details:• Support staff: 2 teams, each with: 1 attending, 3 NP, 1 fellow• Overnight there's 1 attending, 2 NPs• Amount of coverage needed per month: Minimum 4 12-hour shifts • Patients per day: 17-18• Patient population/age: Majority peds, neonatal(8 beds), 8% of total population is adult congenital• Department description:• 350 surgical cases/year• Majority of patients are surgical• Patients include: a significant heart failure population, patients on vents, patients who are pre & post op, patients with cardiac catheterization, many patients on ECMO, many pre-post op transplan...
