Job Summary

Position: Permanent full-time Pediatrician. The Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst, New Brunswick, is seeking full-time pediatricians. Successful candidates will diagnose, treat, and manage medical disorders within pediatrics with considerable clinical independence, delivering services to inpatients and outpatients, acting as consultants to other physicians, and providing care to patients in Zones 5 and 6 with support from affiliated tertiary centres.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage medical disorders within pediatrics with considerable clinical independence.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric care and offer consultative services to other physicians.
• Deliver pediatric care to patients in Zones 5 and 6, supported by affiliated tertiary centres.
• Collaborate with department, local and regional chiefs of staff, and medical directors for patient assessment and treatment plans.
