Job Description

Job Summary:

The Pediatric Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the full life cycle of staffing of ABA cases. This person will staff all cases, provide orientation for new providers, and keep track of and monitor schedule availability. This position will require building a strong rapport with our families and providers to ensure that all children receive the best quality of services as soon as possible. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working closely with clinical providers to match them with our pediatric clients for service provision
Data entry of scheduling and client/provider information into our online data system
Updating our clients' scheduling needs daily through our internal reporting system
Quality contacts for therapists and families to ensure they are satisfied with the services being rendered
Developing a positive rapport with our families and clinical staff members
