Join our dynamic Observation Unit as a Registered Nurse, where rapid assessment and short-term care are key to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As an RN in this fast-paced environment, you will assume responsibility and accountability for evaluating, planning, implementing, and monitoring care for patients undergoing diagnostic testing or treatment prior to discharge or admission.
You’ll apply the nursing process using advanced technology, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices to support timely decision-making and safe transitions of care.
