Join Ascend Rehab Services as a School-Based Occupational Therapist in Stockton. Support K–12 students with tailored therapy and enhance their learning experiences.
In this role, you will conduct occupational therapy assessments, create and execute IEP goals, and provide therapy for both individuals and groups. Collaboration is key as you work alongside educators and therapists to promote student success. You will also implement assistive technology, document progress, and communicate with families effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough pediatric occupational therapy assessments
