Phoenix Childrens is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join our growing abdominal transplant team. This position will be one of six APPs providing inpatient and outpatient coverage to the pediatric kidney and liver transplant programs. The Pediatric Kidney Transplantation Program at Phoenix Children's began operations in , and is the only active pediatric kidney transplant program in the state of Arizona. The program has performed over transplants since inception and typically transplants 12-15 patients per year with outcomes meeting or exceeding expected projections. The Pediatric Liver Transplantation Program was launched at Phoenix Childrens in and is currently performing on average 5 transplants per year with post-transplant outcomes meeting or exceeding expected projections.
