Pediatric Hospitalist

Job Summary

Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA is seeking a Physician to join our pediatric hospitalist team.
Job Duties
+ 7 on / 7 off
+ 12-hour shifts
+ Coverage for deliveries as needed to include coverage for C-sections. Care will be for low-risk deliveries of well infants 35 weeks and above. Sick infants will transfer to a Level III NICU at Geisinger Wyoming Valley
+ Most admissions from community-based physicians and upon referral from ED
+ Receive consults from other services on admitted patients
