**Job Summary:**

Mission Children’s is seeking a pediatric endocrinologist to join our well-established team in Asheville, NC.

**Qualified Candidates**

+ Board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics with specialty certification in pediatric endocrinology
+ Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
+ Predominantly outpatient practice (approximately 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient consults)
+ Manageable patient volume averaging 12-16 patients per day

+ Opportunities for clinical research and teaching, if desired
+ Ability to take 10 days call month shared amongst multiple Physicians
+ Robust support team that allows physicians to focus on patient care – fully staffed physician and provider group
