Responsibilities and assignments
You must replicate the RED HOUSE teaching model in the school unit, in order to guarantee the excellence of the teaching‑learning process, provide feedback that contributes to the constant evolution of pedagogical practices, to whoever is in charge, and dedicate oneself to the professional development of teachers accompanying the improvement of educational processes.
Manage the implementation of the curricular guidelines established by the Network in the school;
Be co‑responsible for the safety and physical integrity of students;
Help plan the school calendar (meetings, field trips and other events), following the network's guidelines;
Attend training and supervision with specialists in specific areas (Language and Mathematics) promoted by RED HOUSE headquarters;
