Core Responsibilities:
Work with PE manager to develop OEM color marketing strategy and plan to ensure it align with customer need and business strategy, as well as promote global color marketing plan for China.
Responsible for meeting the color marketing and development targets of the organization through effective customer communication and project management.
Monitor the market trend on color and customer demand on color local development/approval, generate color styling idea
Maintain and improve the relationships with customer’s color expert, with key focus on Axalta color leadership promotion.
Drive the cross function team members to deliver the color development on their level best to achieve customer expectation.
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
