About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Customer Inspection (PDI) to lead customer inspections and Pre-Dispatch Inspection activities in a fast-growing solar module manufacturing environment . The candidate will act as the key interface between customers, TPI agencies, and internal production/quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) activities.
Coordinate Customer & Third-Party Inspections (TPI – Inline & PDI).
Conduct BORM audits, Out-of-Box audits & Container inspections.
Prepare and share FTR, IV Curve, EL images & production reports.
Generate DCR certificates via NISE portal.
Ensure compliance with product certifications & quality standards.
