Job Description

• PCBA reworking, high-reliability electronics repair
• SMT soldering, fine-pitch surface mount components
• Micro-soldering, precision microscope-based work
• BGA/CSP rework, advanced package removal/replacement
• Component-level troubleshooting, electrical fault isolation
• Failure analysis, defect identification and diagnosis
• IPC standards compliance J-STD-001, A-610 Class 3
• Underfilling / staking, structural component reinforcement
• Trace / pad / via repair, PCB damage restoration
• Electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications Harnessing -

• connector, wiring, cable rework experience
• IPC-7711/7721 - rework, modification, repair standards
• Oscilloscope usage - signal analysis, debugging workflows
• Cleanroom / ESD - controlled environment experienc...
