PCB Designer

Job Description
A client in the defense industry is seeking a PCB Layout Designer to work with their engineering team!
This person will be responsible for utilizing Mentor PADS software to develop new and revised rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB designs by integrating schematic, mechanical, and manufacturing inputs. They will collaborate with cross-functional design teams to resolve fabrication, assembly, and test issues identified through Valor NPI fabrication and manufacturing checks. This role includes updating and maintaining design files and documentation—such as schematics, BOMs, and detailed drawings—while ensuring adherence to proper PLM file structure. The individual will also be responsible for validating the integrity of PCB design packages by verifying alignment across schematics, BOMs, mechanical data, PCB layout, and assembly documentation.
