Key Responsibilities for PCB Assembler Assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to a high standard Soldering (through-hole and/or surface mount components) Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions Inspection and quality checking of completed assemblies Requirements for PCB Assembler Previous experience in PCB assembly or manufacturing Strong soldering skills (ideally IPC standards, though not essential) Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read engineering drawings and instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team What Next?
