PC Deployment Technician

We're placing one PC Deployment Technician to support a high-visibility, large-scale device refresh project for one of our clients. This isn't a sit-and-wait help desk role — you'll be hands-on from day one, working directly with end users at every level of the organization to make sure their transition to new Windows devices goes smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing

+ Imaging, configuring, and deploying new Windows devices to end users across the organization

+ Helping employees transfer their data, accounts, and settings to their new systems

+ Supporting OneDrive sign-in, syncing, and file transfer verification

+ Using the Intune Company Portal to install, validate, and troubleshoot software deployments

+ Remotely accessing pre-imaged devices and coordinating deployment schedules directly with users

+ Collaborating closely with an experienced IT team to keep things accurate, secure, and on track
