**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**1. Promptly answers all incoming calls and assists in placing out-going calls.**
**2. Responds to code phone, code computer or wall panel alarms which takes priority over any calls except the fire alarm and making sure that appropriate personnel are notified.**
**3. Monitors fire panel alarms, wall alarms, code phone and code computer where applicable, contacting the fire department and other appropriate personnel when needed.**
**4. Pages on web based paging system and switchboard for authorized personnel, physicians and emergency calls.**
**5. Places long distance and Watts Line Calls for various departments and doctors' offices.**
