The Humelink project, a UGL/CPB Joint Venture, is one of NSW’s major regional infrastructure programs, in 6 months going from zero to over 300 waged employees and expected to grow to between 500-750. With a high‑volume, weekly pay, this fast‑moving role will work with complex timesheet data from multiple Supervisors across multiple sites in the Wagga/Riverina area.

This newly created position is based out of the project office in Haymarket, Sydney, and sits at the centre of ensuring our people are paid correctly, our processes run smoothly, and our systems evolve to meet the needs of a rapidly growing project.

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Pay/Time & Attendance Lead to oversee the end‑to‑end weekly processing of workforce time, allowances and entitlement data.
