Payroll Transformation Project Manager

• Lead multi-country payroll transformation and implementation projects within global payroll program


• Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder management


• Coordinate internal teams, local finance, payroll operations, and external payroll vendors across regions


• Drive the implementation of standardized global payroll processes, controls, and segregation of duties


• Partner with local finance teams to align payroll workflows, banking processes, and reporting standards


• Oversee payroll and HCM system configuration, data uploads, reconciliations, and system alignment


• Gather, validate, and translate local payroll and time & attendance requirements into system changes
