The Role
- Manage and deliver all BAU payroll operations across fortnightly and monthly cycles.
- Support a team of four payroll officers, ensuring clarity, capability and performance.
- Strengthen payroll controls, compliance frameworks and accuracy standards.
- Work closely with payroll manager and senior stakeholders maintaining open and transparent communication.
- Support the broader transformation work by keeping BAU stable and efficient.
About You
You will thrive in this temporary assignment if you are:
- A people‑first leader with experience managing teams of 3-5 payroll staff.
- Technically strong with solid knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and controls.
