Our client is looking for a Payroll Tax Analyst in Sugar Land, Texas. In this role, you will manage payroll tax processes, ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll tax reconciliation, reporting, and deposits, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file multi-state payroll tax returns and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

• Manage payroll tax deposits and payments in accordance with established deadlines.

• Reconcile payroll tax accounts to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
