Job summary:
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will play a key role in the company's operational performance. As the lead for a dedicated team of two people, you will manage the entire payroll cycle for the organization while ensuring legal compliance and adherence to internal processes. Combining accounting rigour with a technological outlook, you will also drive optimisation of our HR information system (HRIS) and manage employee benefits with diligence.
Your challenges:
- Mobilise, structure and supervise the payroll team (2 people) to ensure accurate processing and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Build documentation for all payroll processes over a 6-month horizon in a start‑up context where procedures still need to be documented.
- Manage the full payroll cycle (salaries, bonuses, withholdings), prepare general ledger (GL) entries, perform account reconciliations, and analyse payroll costs.
