Job Overview
Manage SEA payroll operations (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore) and related payroll related program. Support Country HR/HRBP to develop site pay policy/procedures. Improve Payroll processes and practices through everyday TEOA including but not limited to BPI, technical solutions, digitalization and harmonization.

Job Requirements

• Payroll Operations Management
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing across SEA (PH, MY, TH, VN, ID), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Own identified LEs' payroll by himself/herself.
• Manage multiple pay cycles, T&A inputs, backend validations where required.

• Ensure payroll processes comply with local tax regulations, labor laws, statutory reporting, and governmen...
