Job Description
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data validation, salary calculations, and timely salary disbursement for all employees, while ensuring full compliance with Singapore employment regulations. This includes the accurate and timely submission of monthly CPF contributions, annual income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and handling tax clearance procedures.
Oversee government-related claims and submissions, including government-paid leave and NS make-up pay claims.
Prepare and submit MOM surveys, statistical reports, and other required regulatory filings to the relevant government authorities.
Support the annual compensation review process, including the administration of bonus payouts and salary adjustments in accordance with company policies and employee performance.
