Job Description

JOB MAIN PURPOSE
The HR payroll position acts as the first contact point for all payroll-related matters in Bayer Philippines legal entities.

He/she will implement and follow the standard procedures of payroll to enable the correctness and accuracy of payroll.

He/she is also responsible for performing transactional tasks and general administration of standardized processes in the assigned legal entity.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with payroll vendors all payroll related transactions.

Ensures appropriate documentation of current status of employees’ queries, via Me@Bayer, to secure on appropriate action at the given turnaround time

Prepare payroll related reports requested by stakeholders.

Prepare month end closing payroll and timekeeping reports.

Coordination with the vendor and perform final pay for all resigned employees for final pay computation.
