Robert Half is partnering with a growing corporate organization to identify a High-Volume Payroll Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who is comfortable processing a high volume of payroll transactions in a fast-paced corporate environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
+ Process accurate and timely high-volume weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll
+ Review and verify large volumes of timekeeping, earnings, deductions, and employee changes
+ Process new hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes, and other payroll updates
+ Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, PTO, deductions, and other special payments
+ Reconcile payroll reports and identify and resolve discrepancies
