Description We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a workforce of more than 200 employees in Richmond, Virginia. This Contract position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage payroll activities accurately while also assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll knowledge, experience with multi-state processing, and the ability to work effectively within established payroll systems.
Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payroll for a multi-state employee population, ensuring timely and accurate payment each cycle.
• Maintain payroll records and review entries carefully to resolve discrepancies before final submission.
• Use ADP Workforce Now and related payroll platforms to manage employee pay data, deductions, and updates.
