Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations in a banking environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Part of a team that processes bi-weekly payroll, including time and attendance verification
· Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records in compliance with internal controls
· Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide excellent service
· Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
· Prepare reports for Finance, HR, and audits
· Assist with deductions, garnishments, tax filings, and year-end processing (W-2s)

Qualifications:

· Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
