Job Description

Responsibilities:
Sole responsibility for preparing and processing monthly payroll for ~ employees across entities, Ireland & UK. 
Maintain and update payroll records, reporting year end, audit and insurance preparation.
Streamlining and standardising the payroll process in various sites.
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations; Employment Law, Accounting, Revenue. 
Responding swiftly to Employment Law developments, new requirements for
Revenue, Gender Pay Gap Reporting as they are introduced; updating company policy on same as required. 
Administer employee expenses and handle pension and benefit scheme submissions. 
Annual payplan review & preparation for all employees. Preparing reports for upper management in their preparation for next year, highlighting areas for potential change and patterns which may have arisen throughout the year.
