Payroll Specialist

Description We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a travel company on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will help manage accurate and timely payroll operations for a large employee population while supporting day-to-day payroll administration. This opportunity is well suited for an individual who is comfortable working with payroll systems, reporting tools, and high-volume processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for a workforce of more than 500 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time completion.
• Review payroll records across multiple systems, identify discrepancies, and resolve data inconsistencies before payroll is finalized.
• Administer payroll activities for a non-union employee population while following applicable company policies and payroll regulations.
