Payroll Specialist

Project Description:

• Manage day to day Payroll administration for Brazil and Mexico market. Responsible for processing payroll on time and legal regulations (IMSS, ISR and Ley Federal del Trabajo). Maintain the performance of all payrolls related accounting journal entries and reconciliations, and compliance with all payrolls related policies and procedures. Responsible for identifying and implementing areas of improvement in the payroll area, leading initiatives for systems and productivity improvements, strategic alliances with Human Resources, Accounting, LOBs, and other functional areas impacted. Responsible for compliance with payroll tax and other related regulations.
