Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for both Philippine and US employees. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience using Sprout Payroll and is knowledgeable in payroll compliance, statutory contributions, tax regulations, and payroll reconciliation.

This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for Philippine and US employees accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, deductions, benefits, and attendance
• Ensure compliance with Philippine and US payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Handle payroll adjustments, final pay computation, retroactive pay, bonuses, and reimbursements
