Payroll Specialist

Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and support payroll processing across multiple European countries. This role will play a key part in executing and controlling monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Here are high-level responsibilities you can include for the temporary Payroll Specialist (12-month contract):

- Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing activities across multiple countries (Denmark, Norway, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovakia and Bulgaria) using ADP Celergo or Streamline, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Prepare, review and upload payroll input data using standard templates and system tools, ensuring all submissions are complete and validated prior to payroll processing.
