Job Description

This Payroll Specialist role requires strong technical payroll expertise, advanced system knowledge, & a thorough understanding of South African labour & tax legislation. Accuracy, confidentiality, & the ability to meet strict deadlines are essential to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing - Full end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payrolls using Payspace (500 headcount growing rapidly within a high-volume environment)
Systems & Integration
Compliance
Reporting & Analysis

Requirements: 

Minimum of4-5 years’ payroll processing experience, with proven expertise inPayspace, Payroll Moduleis essential.
Tertiary qualification & exposure to HR/ Finance in a Payroll
Demonstrated experience managing payroll in ahigh-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsare essential.

Salary package: Up to R50000 CTC
