Payroll Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of payroll, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
• Support the Payroll Manager in ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll related laws and regulations.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in payroll.
• English B2 level.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
