Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• In-charge of end-to-end payroll processing
• Consolidate timekeeping reports from different departments
• Track employee leaves
• Prepare 2316 and final pay computation for resigned employees
• Generate payroll reports, journal entries, funding requirements, and other reports requested by the Finance team
• Investigate and resolve payroll queries and accommodate payroll disputes ahead of time
• Prepare a user manual for employee use
• Process government statutory remittances (HDMF, PhilHealth, SSS) and loans every month
• Reconcile year-to-date income and prepare the Alpha listing report for submission to the BIR
• Apply manual computation of tax, overtime, night differential, holiday premiums, and time-based deductions
• Process BIR annualization and liaise with the BIR for Year Tax annualization documents
