In this full-time role, you'll report to the Regional Operations Manager and handle all aspects of payroll for employees in Ontario. Your tasks will include processing Highway Driver payroll bi-weekly via Oasis and monitoring payroll procedures for Cities and Dock Staff through UKG. You will be instrumental in training others and rectifying any errors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bi-weekly payroll for Highway Drivers using Oasis
• Review Union contracts to ensure compliance
• Analyze payroll for accuracy and provide training
• Support terminals in payroll correction processes
• Calculate Linehaul pay and submit necessary corrections
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Ontario payroll legislation
• 2-3 years experience in payroll processing
