Payroll Officer for AU Accounts

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Officer to support multiple businesses in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

• Manage employee records, entitlements, and payroll compliance

• Assist with transaction and cash flow monitoring

• Communicate with employees, trainers, and suppliers

• Use Xero and industry systems such as Ardex and Prism

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years payroll or accounting support experience

• Experience with Xero

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• High-volume payroll or transaction experience preferred
