Payroll Officer, $3,800 (East)

Salary: $3,000 – $3,800 per month

Working hours: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM (Mon to Fri)

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for non-executive employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements
• Review and reconcile payroll outputs, including payroll registers, bank files, and tax computations
• Prepare and generate regular payroll reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc as required)
• Support statutory submissions and filings, including IR21, IR8A, NS make-up pay claims, government-paid leave claims, and other regulatory submissions
• Assist with responses to government surveys and audit or compliance-related requirements
