Payroll Migration Officer (Project Hire)

• Responsible for facilitating the end-to-end migration process of each corporate client from the manual payroll account opening process (MCRT) or the existing OCRT process (Existing OCRT) to the new digital payroll facility (New OCRT).
• Conducts client trainings and orientations to demonstrate system use, address FAQs, communicate detailed migration steps and requirements and provide support to clients who have additional queries.
• Coordinates closely with internal teams and corporate clients to initiate and complete the migration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely activation.
• Monitors and Reports progress of the full migration plan, together with the Payroll transformation Team.
• Supports the overall goal of driving digital adoption, enhancing client experience, and improving operational efficiency.
