Payroll Manager

Mission

Ensure the financial integrity, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of the end-to-end payroll process for both manufacturing plants and corporate personnel. This includes the correct registration, supervision, and control of all payroll transactions, weekly and biweekly closures, special payroll events, SOX compliance, financial reconciliations, and adherence to fiscal and labor regulations applicable in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations Management (Manufacturing & Corporate)
• Lead, supervise, and control weekly (hourly), biweekly (salary), and special payroll processes, including profit sharing, bonuses, savings fund, retroactive adjustments, complementary payrolls, and off-cycle payments.
• Validate daily timekeeping and payroll incidents in E‑Time, ensuring timely authorization by plant stakeholders.
