Rutherford Cross is working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a fast-paced FMCG business with circa £130m turnover. Operating within a high-volume, low-margin and time-critical environment, the business is continuing to grow and invest in systems and process improvements to support its operational scale. This role will suit a senior payroll professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and can combine operational excellence with continuous improvement. You will play a key role in strengthening processes and supporting the business as it evolves its systems landscape.
