The postholder will provide additional leadership and operational capacity to maintain business‑as‑usual payroll delivery, drive process improvements, and help build a future‑ready payroll function. As the organisation transitions from SAP to Oracle Fusion (Redwood), this role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth delivery of payroll services while supporting key change initiatives.
