ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Work closely with the Group Head of Payroll to align on achievable system and process improvements before leading your team to deliver consistent operations. 
  
DUTIES

• Supervise and coordinate payroll team activities
• Lead a high performing team of 5
• Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
• Deliver payroll across the region, interpreting multiple awards
• Assist in EOFY process
• Develop and improve payroll operations where applicable
