The Payroll Lead Analyst - Payroll Taxonomy is a strategic professional who has a strong payroll background and experience partnering with external partners including HR Operations, Tax and HR Compensation and Benefits. The Payroll Lead Analyst provides advice and counsel related to payroll operations, accounting and tax. This role has direct impact on global payroll services, which eventually impacts the overall effectiveness of payroll end to end operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage global process taxonomy initiatives working with Payroll Managers and Cluster Leads
Advise senior management regarding payroll process taxonomy for assigned payroll clusters/countries
