Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Administer full-cycle payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, income tax, etc.).
Maintain and update payroll records, including leaves, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
Assist in payroll-related reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide necessary support.
Keep abreast of changes in payroll laws, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
:Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
.2–4 years of relevant payroll experience
.Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and reporting requirements
.Proficient in payroll software and MS Office (Excel in particular)
.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
.Good communication and interpersonal skills
