Payroll Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage
end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia
. This role ensures timely, accurate payroll execution while maintaining compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Payroll Processing:

• Process accurate and timely payroll for contractors, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Calculate salaries, deductions, taxes, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Manage payroll disbursement and coordinate with Finance for payments.

Compliance Management:

• Ensure payroll compliance with tax regulations, labour laws, and client-specific requirements.
• File tax submissions, contributions, and other regulatory reports on time.
• Monitor changes in local regulations and update processes accordingly.
