Payroll Executive

Adecco's client is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to support payroll operations across Malaysia and Singapore . This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining statutory compliance, supporting client payroll requirements, and delivering a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong payroll knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience leveraging payroll systems and digital tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients, ensuring payroll is completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Administer Malaysia payroll activities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
