Position Summary
The Payroll Analyst leads full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely pay for employees across multiple regions and pay frequencies. This role manages payroll processing, tax compliance, general ledger integration, system configuration, and reporting, while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to maintain payroll integrity and deliver exceptional service in a remote environment.
Responsibilities

+ Lead end-to-end payroll processing for domestic and international employee populations across multiple pay frequencies.

+ Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution for new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, compensation changes, bonuses, commissions, retroactive adjustments, manual checks, off-cycle payments, and corrections.

+ Process and validate payroll imports and data feeds to external and internal platforms, including banking, benefits, retirement, timekeeping...
