Job Description
Our client is looking for a consultant to manage and oversee accurate and compliant payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time while maintaining adherence to statutory requirements and organisational policies.
Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Payroll, HR, or related field 3–5 years’ experience in payroll administration or consulting Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Sage, VIP, Workday) Strong understanding of South African payroll legislation Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll Processing & Administration Execute end-to-end payroll processing (monthly/weekly) Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and benefits Maintain payroll records and employee data integrity
