At Flatpay, we’re scaling fast across markets. That means our payroll and compliance setup needs to be just as scalable, reliable, and accurate as our products. We’re now looking for a Payroll Compliance Specialist to help ensure correct payroll reporting and compliance across the markets we operate – currently Denmark, Finland, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.

You’ll be a key part of the Finance team in our Danish office and work closely with the People team, external payroll providers, and local advisors.

What you'll do

You’ll be responsible for ensuring payroll compliance across Flatpay’s markets — from gross-to-net data files to payroll reporting, shadow payroll, and employee secondments. The role calls for strong structure, business understanding, and a genuine interest in international payroll in an environment where processes are still being built.
